We ship handmade, perishable baked goods from our bakery in Latham, NY. Please read this carefully before ordering.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on destination and carrier rates.

Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Our boxes ship uninsulated. We do not include ice packs, dry ice, or insulated liners. By ordering, you agree to:

We may delay shipping during extreme heat to certain regions when we believe products will not arrive in good condition. We will email you if your order is delayed for weather reasons.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If we ship to the address you provided and it is wrong, we are not responsible for the lost package.

7. Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for theft from the delivery location.
