We're dedicating next week's production to Fruit Pastries! Choose from a rotating selection of handcrafted flavors including Pistachio, Mango, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Key Lime, Coffee Bean, Piña Colada, and more.
Each pastry is handcrafted over approximately two days using specialty creams, curds, jams, ganaches, cakes, cookies, and flaky pastry layers.

Jennifer grew up in Wilmington, NY — a little Adirondack town at the foot of Whiteface Mountain. Years ago she ran a bakery up there called Cake Placid. Life got busy, the bakery closed, and the recipes went into the drawer.
Sweet Elevation is what happens when those recipes come back out — with all the warmth of the mountains, settled into a storefront in Latham.
