I understand this form is for weddings, large events, dessert tables, catering-style orders, or orders requiring event planning/setup. Standard custom orders — including single birthday cakes, small cookie orders, cupcakes, and cake pops — must be submitted through the regular quote/order forms. I understand booking policies & lead times, and that custom orders typically need at least seven days' notice. I understand my event date is only reserved once a deposit is paid, and that quotes are not confirmed bookings. I understand inspiration photos are references — the final design is Sweet Elevation's handmade interpretation, not an exact copy. I acknowledge that AI-generated images are useful for decorating ideas but do not accurately reflect how cakes hold shape in real life, and cannot be replicated with 100% accuracy using edible mediums. I understand items are made in a kitchen that handles allergens (nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy) and cross-contact is possible.
